Starting the Game

To start the game, you need to set a theme.

Procedure

  • From the Title Screen, press the New Story button to display the Theme Setup Screen.
  • Enter a theme statement in the form. Refer to the Theme section for what kind of theme statement is needed.
  • Configure image generation parameters. Refer to the Image Generation section for what parameter settings are needed.
  • Set the Scene Length.
    • 50-100 words (Default): Length suitable for simple text adventure games where the protagonist is the only character.
    • 100-200 words (Detailed): More detailed descriptions than the default.
    • 200+ words (Long): Length suitable for adventure games with multiple characters and complex descriptions.
    • 400-1200 words (Novel): Length similar to visual novels.
  • Set the Memory Strategy.
    • Auto: Behavior changes according to the Scene Length setting. When Scene Length is "Novel" or higher, it becomes "Split"; otherwise, it becomes "Single Call".
    • Single Call: Standard behavior. Makes one text generation call per scene, generating everything needed for the scene in that single call.
      • Old save data from before the feature implementation is processed with this single call method.
    • Split (Parallel): Splits text generation into two calls per scene. Processing time, token count, and call count increase, but by narrowing the scope of each generation, improved output quality can be expected.
  • Press the Start Story button to begin generation.

Continue

  • Press the Continue button on the Title Screen to resume the game from where you left off—specifically, from the last generated scene.
